Hear the girls sing (?) some of their past covers. HAIRSPRAY. This is the regional Theatre premiere of HAIRSPRAY. It starred Paul C. Vogt from MADtv. Bridie Carroll won the Independent Reviewers of New England Award for Best Actress in a Musical for her work as Tracy.
FOREVER PLAID. "The Plaids" are a fictional 1950's style boy band miraculously brought together for a last performance to sing hits like "Catch a Falling Star and "Love is a Many-Splendored Thing." It's a funny and touching salute to simpler times - when front doors weren't locked and music had harmony. THE PRODUCERS. Based on the hit 1968 film, this Mel Brooks masterpiece is the story of a washed-up Broadway producer and his timid accountant who hatch a scheme to get rich quick by producing a sure-fire flop.
PMS PINAFORE is a 10 minute parody of operettas, written by Bill Fagan & Jeff Scott. It was originally written for and performed by The Hilarions: Gladiators Of Comedy, during their 3 year run at Theatre/Theater in Hollywood, CA. 1990 SINGIN' IN THE RAIN at North Shore Music Theatre, Beverly, MA 01915.
